- upgrade of RPM only stops service but does not start it again
- stopping upnpmonitor when not started gives error.

First version with monitoring.

upnpmonitor script added that executes a simple test program.

renamed rpm to wamblee-upnpmonitor to make it unique.

included the monitor jar and dependencies in the rpm
